The conservatory style Sweetwater Café with its casual ambience is open from 7.30am daily for breakfast. Breakfast is a complementary component of our packages and consists of a full cold buffet and an a la carte fully cooked breakfast. (Outside guests are welcome, however reservations are essential).

Sweetwater remains open daily until 5.00pm and offers delicious morning and afternoon tea and lunch. Our cafe lunch menu is a modern Australian style and includes pasta, Caesar Salad etc. and is ideal for, a quick bite or a leisurely lunch.

High Tea

We are now serving traditional High Tea every Sunday from 2:30pm - 4:30pm.
$45.00 per person.
Includes a selection of house-made sandwiches, scones served with jam and cream, miniature cakes, a glass of sparkling wine and tea/coffee. Bookings recommended.
